"Don't make promises that you can't keep, Mr. Parker", says Peter's Literature Teacher."Maybe those are the best kind", Peter whispers in Stacy's ear.
And the next few seconds are the only moments where Gwen Stacy looks beautiful in the entire movie - "The Amazing Spider Man". Oh man what a smile! :)
I know it's not a recent movie that I am giving a review (if we can call this a review) about here tonight , and many of you may have seen it already. But I just saw it , enjoyed it, and thought - why not put it down somewhere!
Well, I think it should have been called "The Amazing Spider Boy" . . .No Offence, I really liked the movie. Just that Andrew Garfield looks really really young to be called a 'Man' :p
Not going to compare this Spider with the old one - everyone has done it already. But to me, it was completely different.
Lovely movie, this one. A brand new interpretation of the Comic Superhero - and didn't make me think of any of the 3 Toby Maguire Spider-man movies, which I have seen at least thrice, each.
Really loved the concept of the entire NY City (So to speak; well actually the cops and the crane-guys) helping the Spider-Man beat the Bad-Man (Man, Lizard, whatever) towards the end. It felt genuine, and long-deserved.

Oh yes, I really think they could have chosen a prettier girl for Gwen's part. Emma Stone was just past the bare minimum requirement. :p
Won't write much and spoil the fun who are yet to see it. (Just laughing at my own misconception that someone will read this blog :D :D)
All in all, a must watch for anyone who calls himself a movie-lover (as I said, most of you may have already seen it).
And ya, I am thinking of creating a separate blog and doing movie reviews (not in the actual sense) there. As it is I waste a large portion of my weekends glued to my laptop watching any movie I can get hold of (read download).
Advice: Please don't read that blog. It's going to be very highly extremely opinionated. I didn't like Rockstar, but I loved Dhobhi Ghat.
P.S:
Thief's Question: "What are you, are you a cop?"
Spidey's Answer: "Really? You seriously think I'm a Cop? Cop in a skin-tight red and blue suit?? Really???"
